Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, we encrypt your information and it over the internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will see a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.

Which credit cards or payment types are accepted?

Currently we accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover. If you do not have a credit card, our other payment methods are PayPal and Western Union. To make your payment through Western Union, please contact us at sales@latinmart.com and one of our customer service representatives will tell you how to proceed.

What happens after I place an order?

You will see a "Thank You" page with an online order confirmation number. This confirms that your order has been placed successfully. Within minutes of placing your order, you will also receive an email confirmation. If there are any problems, one of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone or e-mail.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please log in to your account to track your order online. You can also email us or call us at 1-800-488-5284. Note that you will also receive a delivery confirmation email.

Do you deliver outside the continental US?

We currently only ship within the United States and are unable to offer delivery to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional fees.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If your order is being delivered to Florida, sales tax will be collected on certain items.

Why haven't I received confirmation of my order?

If it's been more than 10 minutes since you placed your order and you have not received your confirmation email, please look in your junk mail folder (Junk or Spam folder). If you find the confirmation there, please white-list LatinMart.com by adding us to your address book. If you need us to send you another order confirmation, please contact sales@latinmart.com.

Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?

We would be happy to help you cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please send us an email to sales@latinmart.com. Be sure to include your order number.

How do I change an order?

We would be happy to modify your order if your order has not been shipped yet. Please call and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Is it safe to buy from LatinMart?

At LatinMart.com, we make sure we offer you a safe and reliable shopping experience. Our secure servers encrypt your personal information and credit card number, ensuring it cannot be read over the Internet.

How soon will you ship my order?

We pride ourselves on how quickly we process orders. All non-perishable orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days, except during the two weeks leading up to Christmas, when an additional business day for processing may be required.

What are your shipping policies?

Orders within the continental U.S. will ship via UPS or FedEx from our facility in Florida. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is based on the total weight of your order and your shipping location. Standard shipping orders are usually delivered in between two to seven days. Priority shipping options are also available for when you need your order delivered sooner.

What if I need to return or replace something?

We would be happy to arrange for the return of a product you're not satisfied with, so long as it is unopened and still in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items. Please email us for a return shipping number prior to shipping. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we can accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within seven days of receipt of your order.
